I had my first glass of wine on Thursday. Sure I've had a sip here and there, but never a whole glass. I decided to take an evening for myself after work. I got a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, a club salad from Arby's, and a couple of movies. It was a pretty good evening, and it surprised me that a glass and a half of wine can get ya feeling pretty good.
On Friday I donated some plasma and headed off to Ponca City to see the family. I got to swim with my mom, sister, and nieces Cat and Maddy. My grandmother fixed us all HUGE steaks, and I stuffed myself sick. Then we hung out the rest of the evening and looked at some photo albums my sister put together.
As for last night, I finally figured out what Pre-Crisis and Post-Crisis means. And read up on the actual Crisis event and the changes it made...

I missed the buck on posting for yesterday so this post is really for yesterday. We went to see the Transformers movie yesterday and it was freaking awesome! I so would tell anyone to go see it!! I don't even really like those kinds of movies, but even I enjoyed it.

Hier... j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer une personne difforme au travail. Cette femme était un mélange de petit bonhomme pas de cou, de «Sloth» des Goonies et de Jabba. Bref j'ai discuté avec cette dame pendant au moins 5 minutes, tentasnt du mieux que je pouvais d'observer avec une curiosité trop inquisitrice ses difformités...
J'ai aussi bu de la bière àla fête de Gaël et Phil.
Je n'ai pas eu le temps de magasiner des souliers... aujourd'hui peut-être...

So far today...I sorted laundry and started a couple loads, walk/jogged a mile, made the bed, put dishes away, water plants inside and out, fed the birds, swept the back deck, swept the kitchen, went through a pile of papers, filled the water in the fridge, made breakfast and talked (literally) to Mike on msn/web cam.

forgot to post yesterday...so what I did yesterday: went to work,talked to Mike on AKO, walked with Beckie for a mile and a half, boring boring day at work, came home, made dinner, worked on Mike's homework, set up the DVR to record some movies, talked to Mike on MSN/web cam, and went to bed.
