Today, I got up, went with my mom and brothers to the dollar theater ("The Killers" and "Marmaduke") and then we all went to have lunch with my cousin. Other than that, I just played video games and watched movies.

Es malo guardar rencor,coraje o resentimiento y no perdonar.... Es como si pusieras en una bolsa un tomate por cada persona ala cual le guardas resentimiento coraje o sientes tu que te ha faltado... pones su nombre,en cada tomate de todas esas personas y sigues tu camino y cada ke sientas eso toma un tomate y metelo ala bolsa,puede que tu bolsa sea realmente pesada y mas si la tienes contigo todo el dia toda la tarde y toda la noche,la condision de el tomate se va deteriorar con el paso de el tiempo,ademas el fastidio de cargar esa bolsa en todo momento sera horrible...Y si te das cuenta asi es el odio el rencor y el no perdonar..el peso espiritual que cargas a diario y mientras pones tu atencion a eso a diario, desatiendes cosas mas importantes...Todos tenemos tomates pudriendose en nuestras bolsita sentimental date cuenta de el precion que pagas diario por mantener el resentimiento por algo ke ya ha pasado y no puede cambiarse..

Hi, I have officially lost (don't know where it went) 25kgs, weighed in this morning @ 71.4kg, after massage and just in knickers and bra weight is now 70.4kg. My BMI is 27.5 and my waist is 83.5cm, hips 106.8cm.
Since I began on 3rd November last year I have lost: waist 10.5cm; hips 21,2cm.
I have decided to aim for 63kgs as my goal weight. I am very pleased with these results and will have to continue looking for smaller fitting clothes.
I was of the belief that the size of my hips big as they were were here to stay.
I miss everyone, hope you are all keeping well, bye for this update. Ma

Has decided first chance i get, to pack up a bag, go to the coast, stay in that same lovely B&B and run in the sea lmao.
